Once upon a time, there were wagons and carts seen along the village lanes, making their daily rounds. Their drivers carried ice, milk, vegetables and other needs of the townspeople. One of the favorites was the flower wagon. Very early in the morning, the driver would select a beautiful seasonal rainbow to fill the containers on the wagon. He was a most welcome sight as well as an interesting friend and neighbor to all who met him. The pleasure he brought to his customers remained long after the flower wagon was gone. - PL
