Hand-signed by Thomas Kinkade himself, the Cottage by the Sea 18” x 27” Framed Matted Print is a rare Thomas Kinkade Collectible. Thom created the original painting in 1992, combining one of his signature Thomas Kinkade cottages with one of his beautiful seascape locations. Found by our archivists, a small number of these collectible prints were signed by Thom for an event over a decade ago. Thom’s hand-signature signature has been verified by his brother Patrick Kinkade, and the Cottage by the Sea 18” x 27” Framed Matted Print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This piece is matted in White on Buff and comes with a 25.5” x 34.5” Antique Burl frame.
