Lee Cable, an Ohio native, was born in 1943 and currently resides in Colorado. At a young age, he studied art under the watchful eye of a tutor, and later participated in artist correspondence courses. His early work experience kept his interest focused on art as an art director for several companies and then as the editorial artist for the Tampa Times. He has won three first place honors and an overall best of show award from the National Ducks Unlimited. Most recently, he was named the featured artist at the Wildlife & Western Art Show and Sale in Orlando.
