Where can I use my Gallery One Gift Certificate?

You may use your certificate on line, by phone or in person by using the Gift Certificate Key shown on your certificate.

Will my recipient or I receive any further emails?

When ordering a Gift Certificate online, you can subscribe the recipient to our weekly emails.

How long does is take to deliver a Gallery One Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are mailed by USPS first class from Gallery One within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery (adding an extra day or two during the holidays).

Emailed Gift Certificates are sent within 24 hours of your order. If a bounce back occurs, we will contact you immediately to verify the email address.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Certificate?

To check your balance, log on or create your account at, add something to the cart, and put your Gift Certificate Key in the space provided in Step 2 of the order process.

What if I spend only part of my Gift Certificate?

Any leftover balance can be applied to your next order using the same Gift Certificate Key.

Do Gallery One Gift Certificates ever expire?

Gallery One Gift Certificates have a five year expiration date from the date of purchase.

Can I replace an unused Gallery One Gift Certificate?

We will replace an unused Gift Certificate if you have the Gift Certificate Key OR can provide the name of the purchaser and the intended recipient. Please call 1.800.621.1141 to report your missing certificate.

Can use more than one Gift Certificate on an order?

Simple answer - yes!

What happens if I accidentally delete the e-message that contained my Gift Certificate?

Give us a call at 1.800.621.1141 and we'll resend your Gift Certificate email.

How can I be sure that the Gift Certificate was received by my recipient?

To be certain a Gift Certificate has been received, please check with the recipient. Most emailed Gift Certificates are delivered successfully within 24 hours of your order. However, as with all email, a number of factors could prevent a card from being delivered to a recipient's in-box. A full in-box, an invalid email address or a spam filter can prevent a certificate from reaching its intended recipient. If we are notified that a Gift Certificate has not been delivered, we will issue a new one.

When is my Gift Certificate activated?

Your certificate is activated when you receive it. No need to call - just enjoy!

Once purchased, are Gift Certificates refundable?

No. Gift Certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
