My Paris, City of Lights could be titled "Kinkade Family in Paris." I've set the time machine back a few decades and included myself (in the red beret), painting the fabulous Café Nanette. The real Nanette, holding baby Chandler, hails a cab, while our oldest daughter Merritt looks on. - T. K. |

In Paris, Eiffel Tower, I attempted to go beyond the topographical details of the setting and into its heart and mood to achieve my artistic goals. Bridges and buildings were moved and adjusted, colors and lights were enhanced to capture all the delights of Paris. - T. K. |

The gifts of love are beyond compare, and chief among them is a peace that passeth understanding. I believe that the gift of peace is ultimately from Christ, but I also recognize the very crucial role that a loving partner and a happy home can play.
That domestic tranquility, as it fills a home to overflowing and permeates your daily world, is the subject of A Peaceful Time, second in the trio of prints conjuring images of very special Places in the Heart. Here is a cottage radiant with the light of love; it pours through the windows and bathes the cobbled path.
A glorious sunset silhouettes the trees and touches lavish flowers that are in perpetual bloom. Hills roll on past the scene of domestic bliss, leading us to a vision of a tranquil eternity. - T. K. |

In 1980, as an art student, I came to have a personal relationship with Christ. Just a few weeks later, awash in my newfound faith, I found myself sitting in an art class, my mind wandering. As I went through the motions, my eyes on the disinterested model posing for the class, I was suddenly struck with a powerful vision. The vision that was laid on my heart that day is the painting you see before you, Prince of Peace. - T. K. |
